Switch Pen

Amazing!

I have many TT pens and this is a really cool addition! The mechanism is really satisfying to use and seems very simple but I know a lot went into this design and functionality. As always the finish and machining is top tear and I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Ultimate fidget tool with some issues.

I’ve spent some time with the pen and can honestly say the deployment mechanism is as fun as the best in my collection. Extremely fidget friendly! The pen is definitely skinnier and much lighter than I prefer, but I do find that I write incredibly well with it. Just as well as I write with my Everyman Grafton, yet another pen that is far lighter than I prefer. So, as far as a pure writing instrument goes, the Tactile Turn Switch is absolutely top shelf. The downside of it is with the price, and a quality issue. Luckily I purchased mine during the Dads & Grads sale, but a regular price of $130 just doesn’t seemed justified when compared to other pens of similar or higher quality in my collection that are around a third of that price. Also, the cap used for the clip at the top regularly comes loose several times over the course of my work day. Easy enough fix with some Loctite, but a $130 pen should not need such modifications. Either way, I do recommend this pen. But recognize that it can simply be a little better, and a little less expensive.

Worked well until it leaked (bad refill?) . I removed the internal refill intending to clean and replace the refill, but the spring escaped and flew. It’s a dark colored spring so after 30 minutes of searching I had to give up. Unusable without the spring and I don’t have another that size.
