D-47 Yeast performance

The yeast performed perfectly. I have a cold basement, other yeasts don’t perform that well in my environment, D-47, it’s fermentation produced better than I could hope for. Going to use this more often!

Pleasantly surprised

I was very happy with this yeast. Used to ferment 20lbs of strawberries. Primary fermentation began within 2 to 3 hours of pitching and was very active and yield was 13% ABV. Will buy again.
