This is a more delicate oil than many I've tried. It goes well with anything and doesn't overpower any dish. It is lighter in color and has a less dominant taste. I'm well pleased with this product.

Great olive oil to pour a few drops on top of crunchy Ciabatta or on your favorite salads. Extremely flavorful and it has an aftertaste that I personally love. (Still trying to understand and process olive oil tasting). I’m on my second bottle and I will be buying more for sure. Awesome quality olive oil that makes me happy
