Best Steaks Ever

My wife loved your filets. She said is was by far the best steak she has had. Better than the $$$ steak houses. The ribeyes had perfect marbling with very little fat remaining. If I had one suggestion would be to cut them 1-1/4 inch rather than 1”, but that is a small deal. Loved the fact that we know they were raised right with no added garbage like you get most other places. Thanks
