This knob is just as beautiful in person. I am new to doorknobs and there is an included YouTube QR code that walks you through installation step by step. I ordered the wrong size originally and customer service was fantastic and sent me a replacement part in the right size as soon as I called. Super nice now when people ask where the guest bath is I can just say down the hall with the crystal knob! I love it.
