Saffron Salt

Wow! This is such a satisfying salt to add to dishes whereby the enhancement to the flavor is beyond expectation. The saffron is a delicate addition but with a powerful punch. I used it in making a creamy chicken marsala sauce. The saffron was the flavor that really made this dish stand out, complimenting the marsala flavor. It is a requirement to have in your pantry.
