This is easily one of my most favorite spices to add to pretty much every savory dish that I make. It adds a component that is unmatched in any single spice supplement.

Vadouvan is a lovely spice with some curry flavor but not as much as straight curry powder. There are also hints of garlic which make this spice just wonderful.
