Amazing Cast Iron Pan Upgrade

I use this pan all the time for cooking meat and steaks. I get it piping hot and then cook NY Strips and Ground Beef most commonly, but also salmon and some other stuff. It can go in the oven, has a high quality top and is one of my most used pans, though I have about 7 Our Place pans, this one is the workhorse.

Absolutely love this pan, has amazing even heat distribution and heats quickly. Easy clean up as well! Just wish we would’ve purchased sooner! Love, love it!
