Excellent Practice Guitar and Excellent Service!

I called the shop after researching the web page and was able to speak with the owner Geoff, I explained that I am novice taking guitar flamenco lessons looking for a very good practice guitar yet one I could still grow into as I progressed. Geoff was able to help me identify the right guitar in my selection, also was able to lower the action and replace with better Nylon Strings upon my request. He was patient enough to answer all my questions and educate me on what I was looking to do with great guidance. He also plays the guitar and knew the desired results I was looking to achieve in both sound, performance and quality for this price point!! Geoff also shipped my guitar very quickly, packaged it like a tank, soft gig bag that came with the guitar was a gem, not expected this to have such a nice well protected case, the box the entire guitar shipped in was well constructed and protected the guitar via shipping UPS, not even a ding on the box! Love this guitar, perfect purchase, great customer service by Geoff, he was very accessible to email back and forth with me on a few questions. The Alhambra 3C arrived the day after I ordered it and it was perfect. I was concerned about the string selection but was pleased to see D'Addario EXPs in normal tension. I would not hesitate to buy another guitar from Geoff again. He is professional and courteous.
