NOTHING LIKE IT

There is no other way to regress and progress nordics. The price seems like alot, for a machine that does one thing. BUT, this is the best machine for doing that one thing. Also, where you place your feet, there is a footrest that allows you to put force down instead of just outward against the pad. Love it.

Wish the bench pad was not so wide

The bench is great and well-built for Nordic curls but the functionality for other exercises is limited for me . I like to lay face-down on an incline bench for rearward dumbbell pulls to work my rear delts. This bench is too wide for that and I will not be able to retire my existing incline bench.
