Nordic Back Extension Machine V3

Great addition to my home gym. It allows me to do Nordic curls and back extensions; two movements that before took a lot of improvising with other equipment. I’m also using it for lateral flexions, which has provided relief for my chronically tight QL.

Bought this to help rehab my back and slowly transition into just home gym. Has been working great so far and because of how adjustable it is even my parents can use it!

It’s perfect being able to move it around and keep the clutter at bay. This is slowly getting me to my weight goals
