I am waiting to hear back from customer service to remedy the situation. otherwise the delivery was smooth and the shelves we received are in good shape and came well packaged.

Amazing shelf and packaging
The shelf is gorgeous, functional and works great in our space. I also can't get over the packaging. It is essentially all recyclable cardboard that did a great job of protecting the package without the garbage can filling mess and environmental disaster that is styrofoam.

3x3 Pillar Bookcase
The care with which you package your products is extraordinary! Assembly was extremely easy because the bookcase was very well designed. I like that no tools were necessary. I also have your beautiful original king size bed.
