Bang for the buck!
Just finished muscle building 1, and can definitely say it was worth every penny! Previously I had mostly followed a Starting Strength style program, but Mitch’s Muscle building program was a great way to branch out whilst keeping strength at the center of my training. Can’t wait to start 2..0!

Muscle building 2.0
After months of inconsistent training I decided to purchase the moose muscle building 2.0 to give me some structure. Early days so far but I'm enjoying the sessions and haven't missed one which is great.
The plan is easy to follow (inc searching for unknown exercises) and comes with great tips on how to back up your training out of the gym. Looking forward to seeing how much I can progress over the next 10 weeks!
