Phil & Sebastian - Doppelganger Espresso

Smooth! This may be my favourite espresso yet. It’s bold and full of flavours that make me feel like I’m out enjoying a cozy campfire in the mountains:)

It took me awhile to get it dialed in but pulled the best most balanced shot so far creamy chocolatey smooth. It’s my third bag of beans in my espresso journey but so far my favourite.

Not exactly as described in terms of flavour but not bad, a touch more fruit forward than I like. I tried playing with the ratios and found 2.5 :1 was as close as I could getit to being right. I will keep looking.
