I like this although I wasn’t sure what kind of roast it was (website says medium+ which I guess is medium dark?) I thought it would be a bit lighter but still a very good classic espresso blend nonetheless. Also free shipping in the Montreal area is a plus ☕️🫶

Espresso brewing: had success pulling this at a 1:2 ratio at 93C in 28-30s. Very classic!
Lovely modern take on a classic espresso. You get a hint of peanuts with the dark chocolate note and a subtle fruitiness.
