Better to go in the shop and pick your own

So i much prefer to go in and pick the steaks/pork in the shop. The online experience meant less high quality steaks being shipped. Lesson learnt. Loved the steaks we had - typically we buy A5 but preferred these as more "steak" flavour. A5 is a bit too buttery.............just a personal thing.

Just dang good

This is the second time I’ve purchased the NYS and you could never go wrong with it. Awesome! I used kosher salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and just above medium rare and you’re in love!
