The Silver insoles

Well I just purchased a pair of the gold insoles last week, and I must say that so far I like the silver insoles better then the gold. I’m going to keep running in the gold I did my first 10 miles in them this weekend. But the silver seems to have more spring to them , I ran 12 miles with ease when I first got them. Run this questionnaire by me again in a few weeks and I should really be able to comment further.

Super comfortable and easy to break in. I use them in my ruck march boots.

Not for every shoe

I purchased these and discovered that not every shoe works for these but I'm able to switch them around for shoes that do have somewhat of an arch and this helps add to them. I don't believe every insole fits and works with every shoe so you have to shop around and get two or three different brands. Once I found the shoe that worked with these they are really good not great but good
