After trying doctor recommendations for my plantar fasciitis like a tennis ball or a frozen water bottle with mostly frustration, this actually works! I've even given a few as gifts.

I had my doubts going in, but this thing really is amazing. Have since purchased two more as gifts for runners. Perfectly engineered for providing waves of relief from underfoot even though it looks deceptively simple. Probably the best thing I purchased in 2025.
