My son’s housemate has one of these. He has been borrowing it for after workout muscular recovery help. He was thrilled to receive his own for Christmas! His favorite!! Grateful!

It was a Christmas gift to my Grandson who plays hockey! He absolutely loves it.

I’ve only used it a few times because I just got it but I’m very happy with it, I’m sure it will only get better as I use it more and develop some techniques. It’s a solid piece of equipment that I can’t imagine breaking. It’s way more convenient than foam rolling and can be more or less intense, at your control. I’d definitely recommend the plus, having the ability to change the resistance level isn’t necessary but it’s convenient. I was a little apprehensive about the price but after using it and getting great results it’s totally worth the price.
