My son loves them.

My son says they are comfortable and help with his long days of being on his feet playing baseball. He says they help with his speed and agility. I don't know if he has ever put this to the test. If it helps with his confidence, that's good enough for me.

My daughter is/was a flatfoot runner and since putting these in her cleats she has picked up noticable speed. She doesn't feel as much pressure on her knees and ankles. We bought a second pair and the slides as well. We will be lifelong purchasers. Thank you
