Good stuff
Added it to my brown ale as an experiment. Came out nice, not too overpowering. The batch was however, a little flat. Not sure if this had anything to do with it. Other than that solid product.

Amazingly smooth and creamy IPA
Okay, I have to admit I modified my Grapefruit IPA recipe, after reading other reviews saying it was good, but it wasn't near "grapefruity enough". But the results were amazing. What I did was to order an extra package of freeze-dried grapefruit rinds and a bottle of grapefruit-infused vodka. In a jar, I soaked the grapefruit rinds overnight in half of the vodka, and then I added it during the fermentation process, in the secondary carboy fermenter. To get the solids out of solution, I siphoned it back into the primary fermenter, through a filter. Then primed and bottled it. It's definitely grapefruity now, and has a pretty impressive 6.5% alcohol content, (measured before bottling).
This IPA is crisp and clean, with an excellent head and a very creamy texture, which I did not expect. The extra grapefruit I added was just what it needed.
