Very happy with this knife. It is longer than any other knives I currently own. I use it to cut larger pieces of meat; or as a carving knife. This was purchased as a return / replacement upgrade. Im very happy with the overall customer service i rcv'd during the warranty process. I owned a few Wustoph knives that were approx 16yrs old. This was promptly fulfilled and I will be purchasing more of these knives in the future!
