Good bag with a fatal flaw

This bag is theoretically great. I love that it’s a tote with great organization and has a stylish utilitarian/urban look. However, it’s huge, and the carrying straps are thin and have zero padding. If you pack this bag out (water bottle, mac book, umbrella) it is super heavy (i’m 5’2” - standard height for a woman) to carry on your shoulder, and the narrow straps concentrate the weight in a way that literally makes my shoulder go numb. I really wish they would have fixed this. It’s not a bag I realistically want to travel with or carry all day. Ergonomic straps would change the game for me.

Unbelievable quality. Ballistic 15L model, fits my MacBook Pro14 perfectly with chargers cables etc. Unassuming and minimalistic. Tons of internal organization and lots of space. Dedicated water bottle space. Very nice indeed!

It's excellent. I love the exterior water bottle pockets, but also a space to store them inside. The zipper is excellent with more water protection from the PU coating. I pair this with a Tom Bihn Absolute Shoulder Strap, and it's great as our in-flight bag for easy access to tablets, Kindles, and snacks. I researched many and am happy to have picked this one. 100% would recommend!
