Tried this combo

Since starting a few weeks ago, I found I have the energy to get in an extra walk in the evening. I’m 60. I would usually be too tired from the day and earlier exercising to get in the important ‘after dinner’ walk. Now, I have the drive to take that walk. I am excited for what this can do for me as I enter this new decade of my life.
