Energy Formula

I've been using this formula to or over 10 years and can't do without it. Definitely helps give me consistent energy throughout the day.

Like it

I feel good after taking this with my kale shake breakfast along with Blood Flow 7 and MCT powder. Also taking Healthy Cell vitamin pack. Will continue this regimen.

Energy

I take 2 in the am with breakfast. Then, at about 3 or 4pm I take another 2 and notice that I'm not needing to take a nap. At 77 yrs old, I've been told it's ok, but it feels good not to have to.
