I use these instead of the capsules and take just before i hit a crossfit workout. I can feel the difference. I don't run out of breath as easy, i have more gas in my tank. Its like i have a bigger engine.

These drink sticks mix well, unlike beetroot powder that gets clumpy. I can also feel when this kicks in. I feel chill and more energized at the same time.
