Purchased as a birthday gift for my girlfriend who works from home. She used a lousy office max chair that was falling apart! When this chair arrived she was so excited, after one day of using it she actually started crying while explaining how comfortable it was. She said the pain in her legs and back were gone and after about a month she is still working from her desk pain free!

The sitting height is a bit low. Considering I'm about 180 cm, that seems like rather bad dimensioning of the gas spring. I will need to replace it, adding to the cost of the chair..
