Poor Customer Service

Ordered one kettlebell, canceled the order the same day. Despite the cancelation ProKettlebell shipped the kettlebell 2 days later. Requested return label and a refund to include shipping costs since the original order was canceled prior to a shipping label being created. Customer service said they would refund the total cost. Received a partial refund. The process took 21 days and a half dozen emails and text messages to get the partial refund.

Well Made

I have purchased several “high end” KBs over the years, and the Pro Kettlebell Atlas has the best fit and finish of them all. Worth the price.

Love it alot..will buy more!
