I have utilized the IWB in its standard context as a wall ball, and have also utilized it as a slam ball. The bounce back is minimal when used in the slam context. Appreciate its rubber exterior, as I feel I have a better grip when throwing it around. Thus far, I am very pleased with my purchase!!

Love the design. Our ball didn't look as new as they do online. Writing was a little faded and beat up but still gets the job done!

Great Ball!

We use these at our CF gym and I wanted one for home! Like these better than the soft ones, easier for wall balls and can still do everything else! I haven’t gotten mine out of the box, but it’s the same as the ones we use at the gym!
