So far we've only had this a few days, so this is initial impressions. It's a very good grinder, with near zero retention of the ground cofee, which was inportant to me. It was a pain to connect to the internet, took over 2 hours, but once it connected it's stable. I normally weigh out the beans and put the pre-weighed beans in the hopper, and here's a minor issue. Beans get 'stuck' behind the three legs of the center 'thing' in the hopper. Minor, because once I knew I just poke the beans into the grinder. I grind 83 grams of coffee for a drip machine, and a container to grind more than an espresson shot into would be nice. I did message support about the connectivity issues, and they were very responsive and the response was helpful. It does seem a bit messy, ground coffee seems to fly out of the machine, but that's easy to wipe up. It may be static, and I am not sure how to address that. The machine is built like a tank, looks great, it's quiet. Hopefully it lasts longer than the Fellow grinder that it replaced. Once I figure out the mess and the static I'd probably up this to 5 stars.

The grinder looks nice and grinds well easily adjustable. I am using for pour over and find it produces way to much static making a mess of my counter tops.
