Love the look, feels great, couple small issues

I love the look of the desk, the feel is amazing. The couple issues I have are: 1. The drawers don’t slide well. 2. The holes in the power cubby on the drawers don’t fit a 3-prong plug. Those are small things. One bigger thing, but hopefully an anomaly is that my desk came in scratched up really bad on the top of the desk. Branch sent me a new one that is in great shape, so not a huge deal, but maybe a QC issue? Overall it’s a really nice desk.

It is a nice desk.

It is a nice desk 1. The surface is smooth and good for use as a work mouse surface if you don’t like mouse pads. 2. The construction is solid, and it is one of the most stable desks I have. The support bar is low enough to use as a footrest (I am 6'1"), but also high enough for the vacuum cleaner. 3. My monitor arm fit perfectly with this desk. There is approximately 7cm of space underneath the desk, behind the desktop support, to install a monitor arm. 4. 56.5” width is perfect for me. Something else: 1. I sandwiched two 5mm spacers between the Power Organizer Bar and the desk to create a gap so I could run cables along the bar itself. 2. The space for the power strip behind the Artisan Drawer is too small for a large third-party power strip, and it interferes with my leg space, so I did not install it. 3. I ordered the light ash version, but the actual color is darker than the photo. For reference, I would say the color is similar to the oak veneer used in IKEA STOCKHOLM 2025 (first photo left). 4. I don’t like wood patterns in front of the desktop, but it is veneer; every unit would be different. 5. They put too much lubricant on the rails of the drawers, so it is a little difficult to open

Great desk!

This desk was a major update for me! Solidly constructed, heavy, and stylish but understated. It’s well priced compared to alternatives on the market. Hoping to use it for many many years!
