Damson Plum Liqueur

I liked the nice big rock sugar crystals. The order arrived in good shape and in a timely manor. The liqueur itself sits for a year before opening. Fresh organic plums are from my farm. I made this once before and it was delicious.

It's sugar, what can I say. Needed it for a saison and it is what it is.
