Styrian Goldings hops in an English Mild Ale.

This hop pairs well with the pale malt and specialty malts I used in the mild. Nice restrained bitterness that blends well. Very drinkable beer as a mild should be. I have not tried this hop in anything else but it might work in any style where you do not want a hop bomb!!!!
