Awesome!!
Never order a cheese block until now and it was delicious despite me ordering the wrong items! For any cheese lover, I would HIGHLY, highly recommend Point Reyes. Love the favor and I will probably order another 6lb blue cheese wheel.

Bay Blue Cheese
Exquisite blue cheese, beautifully crafted and excellent for any application. We made by far the best blue cheeseburgers ever conceived as this cheese seemlessly melted and blended within the beef patty. That's just our first use. I have ordered more to incorporate in my cooking going forward.
