Henson AL13 Closed Comb Safety Razor

Have only used the A13 for a week and wasn’t sure what to expect as I had owned the A11 razor which was not that great. The A11 never really shaved very closely and rinsing all the shave cream out was difficult. The A13 provides a much closer shave and the apparently wider channels on the razor make it very easy to rinse during a shave.

As someone new to safety razors, and after my first shave with this product, I would highly recommend this razor. No skin irritation, simple to use, and a nice clean shave.

i have a mild+ and ++ medium henson razors. they are both useful on a tough beard, and old fragile skin. tbis medium ++ is a bit more efficient on my neck, especially. both are suited for use with the sharper blades like kai, feather, and work well for me with astra-green, voskhod, and permasharp. i could get on fine with either razor.
