Amazing Pizza Oven

This oven is fantastic. I've exclusively used the gas function, and don't anticipate using wood much. It heats quickly and evenly to cook the perfect pizzas. It also looks magnificent!

We researched alot of pizza ovens and are so happy we chose Fontana. The Firenze works great. It’s everything we wanted in a pizza oven. Customers service is also great.

FIRENZE Hybrid Gas & Wood Oven

Excellent pizza oven!! I used both the gas and the wood burning options here in NJ - its 30F outside!!!. Took about 45 minutes to get the stones up to temperature (750F). Lots of family fun making the dough and pizza. . The online recipes are also excellent and easy to follow. I am a little confused as to why the steel reinforcement is only on the gas burner side of the over - when the wood only ovens have the reinforcement where the wood fire is? Seems like this is intended to be a gas oven primarily? Why not make the reinforcement moveable from on e side to the other- depending on the fuel type? Not a criticism- just my own curiosity. I would highly recommend. Also, I am glad i opted for the larger oven. . . .
