Bentgo Kids Whimsy & Wonder Backpack

Bought this in August for my 3rd grader cause he fell in love with the design. He was so excited when it arrived. It was cute as well as very functional. However, here we are September (a month later) and the backpack straps are starting to fray and come apart at the top of the back. His bag is not heavy by any means the only thing in it is his headphones, his chrome book, and a library book! Not sure why it’s coming apart but already a month in I am going to have to start looking for a new backpack it’s really upsetting
