Gentle Methyl B Complex

This is the first B complex that I have taken that does not make me jittery or give me the niacin flush. It makes me feel energized without the side effects. I like it and will definitely purchase more.

As best I could tell from my research, this is a one-of-a kind B vitamin supplement that combines right-sized amounts with a balanced form of B vitamins. It is a bit expensive compared to the usual mega-B supplements, but worth it imo to get the vitamins in a usable form in the right amounts. This idea that your body can rid itself of extra water soluble B vitamins might not be wrong, but why force it to do that? Especially when balancing B vitamins is obviously more beneficial than unbalancing them.

These are great! I don't get the anxiety that I get with the other vitamins that contain higg amounts of B12
