LUNAcycled Oso Flaco Winged Edition - Black

Not my first- but definitely the best

I've been running with minimalist sandals for 2 years and decided to try a pair of Luna Oso Flaco's. I love the winged strap system,I'll never go back to anything else. I also love the sandal upper (Monkey grip): it's super grippy without being abrasive on the soles. I spend 95% of my waking hours with my Luna's - and Ill most definitely buy the exact same purchase again.

fit way bigger than expected

Unfortunately I went “at least” half size down, got size 11 (all of my trail footwear is either 11.5 or 12)… they are much too long (!) and I’ve been tripping all the time, useless for any real outdoor activities, maybe fine for a careful stroll around town. Comfortable enough and seem well made. But even using the printed foot measurement tool, it was hard to appreciate just how close (at) the edge your toes need to be. Not sure why that’s the case, 11’s should just fit me. Was super excited about my first pair, but I ordered from Lunacycled and live in canada so now I’m out of luck (without paying a fortune in shipping)

Comfortable

Took a bit of adjustment, which is pretty easy with these sandals, but once done I wear these a lot. They are comfortable hiking and walking, which is most of what I do. Glad I bought them!
