The process was very smooth. The instructions were clear and I was informed by email as the progress progressed. It also took much less time than what I was quoted which was a nice surprise. I'll be sending in the rest of my gear in a few years once they are ready

Sent in multiple Black Diamond Camalots to be re-slung and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
