Superb company!!!!
I purchased The Carry-on over 3yrs ago. For the past 3yrs I have been traveling for business weekly & my Carry-on cracked on the top recently! I filed a warranty claim and they sent a replacement immediately! This is the type of company you want to do business with. They actually stand behind their product!!!!!

Excellent Initial Quality
Initial quality is excellent. All metal clasps, no plastic. I have a good impression that this suitcase will last a while.
