Great Carry-On For Business
The hand-carry with exterior compartment for laptop is perfect for my needs. Still need a backpack for personal items but this allows for quick stowage of the carry-on in overhead bin, keeping the personal bag close by during air travel.
The look of my new hand-carry is amazing.

Carl Frederick - is this UK company product really suited for America?
i dont have a product review as i had to return the product immediately as the handle wobbled as much as my 10 year old which was this supposed to replace. However i am dismayed by the entire order fulfilment process - from not having a phone number to contact to inconsistent offline communication to this company charging $20 on a return for a a carry on costing $700.

Excellent suitcase
Absolutely love this suitcase so far after a couple 2-3 night trips. I bought this suitcase specifically so I wouldn’t always need ti carry a back pack in addition to a carry on. It has met this need. I’ve actually been surprised that when I’ve stretched capacity it still shuts great and I have still been able to utilize the front pocket for laptop, tablet and phone chargers, etc. No issues with size on American Airlines for carry on.
