I wrote in May requesting a Under Warranty replacement for 2 sets of wheels, as one out of a set had completely sheared off. I was also worried about another, which seemed wobbly. I was told I would need to purchase the two extra sets of wheels that were not actually broken, and I did not want to do that at that point. I was sent for full new sets of wheels, and so now they can all be replaced and function smoothly and consistently, all new. Now thats wonderful customer service, wanting to restore the full integrity of the product and have it function at top level. Thank you.

Easy to install but….
It was really easy to install the replacement trolley handle, but it was really hard to remove the existing one. Other than that, it was really simple replacement. Customer service was amazing.
