Good, very smooth.

We liked this as while it’s sweet, it isn’t as sweet as some I’ve tried, you can taste hints of the milk in it, good pistachio flavor but not overwhealmingly so.

Bronte pistachios from a little corner of Sicily are an heirloom variety considered to be the best of all. So imagine how amazing this is, like peanut butter but pistachio. So good for baking, making frosting or candy. Could be eaten with a spoon! Bought 2, and they're going fast
