Best GF mix for simple breads and sourdough!

Easiest and tastiest GF mix for bread that I have tried thus far!!! And I have tried several, with all of them lacking that genuine bread flavor, texture and fluffiness! Can’t go wrong!

This flour is actually fantastic! Such a game changer. You do have to get used to using it (the dough is definitely sticky, so i do oil my hands while”kneading” it) but the bread is light, fluffy and delicious. I make the bread (1st) recipe in the recipe section but tweak it (i leave out the egg, vinegar and honey and only use 1tbsp of sugar instead of 1/2c) and its absolutely delicious. I usually make rolls. You must give it time to rise at each stage. Makes a difference. I highly recommend this flour. I want to try to make sourdough one day with it. We’ll see!
