Bringing Back The Joy of Baking for Someone With Celiac Disease

I wanted to let you know how much I love your flour. Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Before that, I had so many great memories centered around food. Sunday mornings eating cheese Danishes with my dad, Friday night pizza with my family, and making homemade sandwiches at my grandmother’s house after swimming in the summer. After my diagnosis, I felt like a part of my life and identity was missing, and I struggled to recreate the foods I once loved. Recently, I’ve used your gluten-free flour to make Detroit-style pizza, strawberry bread, and lemon poppy seed muffins, and everything turned out amazing. People couldn’t even tell the difference in quality. Unfortunate that I can not attach the pictures to share. I’m giving this 4 stars because, while I truly love the product, it is quite expensive compared to regular flour. That said, I understand the cost reflects the international sourcing, specialized processing, and technology required to remove gluten.
