Making gluten free bread

I was looking for a baking flour without xantam gum. It was recommended by my cousin who lives in Israel and was happy to find it here. Baked one loaf of bread, and it came out good . Not as good as the real thing, though.

This was my first time ordering this flour, and I had such a great experience using it, the quality it’s just impressive and I totally recommend this product for anyone it’s looking a prime flour for baking gluten free.
