Prettiest Design and Shout Out to SM!

This water bottle was actually a warranty replacement after our previous one became scratched in our dishwasher, and I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the SM team for standing behind their products. We’ve been loyal SM customers for years, and they truly have our support for life. Their customer service and warranty process are some of the best I’ve experienced. They genuinely stand behind what they sell and make the entire process simple, stress-free, and hassle-free if an issue ever comes up. As for this water bottle, it’s absolutely beautiful! The soft blue-purple color paired with the cloud design gives it such a calming, peaceful vibe. My 8-year-old absolutely loves using it. It’s lightweight, easy for her to carry, and the perfect size to fit in a backpack or any cup holder. One of our favorite features is the locking lid, which keeps the cap secure and prevents leaks. No spills here! The only thing I’d mention is to use a little extra care when washing this particular style, especially in the dishwasher. Our initial cloud water bottle developed scratches after being washed next to other items. We do have a Bosch dishwasher that runs extremely hot, so that may have contributed to the issue. Aside from that, we’re incredibly happy with both the product and the outstanding customer service.
