Vegan Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal Cookies

Served these cookies at our Easter family get together and they were a big hit. Such a nice combination of lemon and blueberry and the oatmeal makes them taste healthy. I gave a package to my daughter as these are her favorite cookies, and to a friend who says she likes them as much as the cranberry orange cookies, which have been her favorite. So delicious!

The Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal cookies are soft & yummy; the lemon flavor is mellow and there’s just the right amount of blueberries.

They are wonderful.
