Like that you can remove/add back the stuffing to customize to level of softness/firmness desired. Generally happy with the quality and function of this pillow. Does seem that after removing some stuffing for reduce firmness, the remaining stuffing does not remain evenly distributed throughout pillow but gets pushed to edges.
